What construction contract exists in Yucatan?

Only the Lump-Sum Price Contract, where a lump-sum price should be set for all the work or a fixed price for each unit of work. A contract on a piece-rate basis may take place in the following situations:

I. - The businessman/employer is responsible, at a specified price, for the management of the project, and he provides the materials. 

II. - The businessman/employer only provides his work or industry/business for a fixed fee.
