What is the difference between a Revocable Trust and an Irrevocable Trust?
Overall, we can say that the revocable trust allows the Trustor to retain control over the assets/property and have unrestricted access to same; and in the irrevocable trust, the Trustor loses control of assets placed in said trust, with the Beneficiary having that control.
